DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! However due to new GPSR rules I am not currently shipping the EU due to the regulations. I am working on reopening this.

 International shipping is based on weight through Royal Mail and comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your goodies! If you're within the UK, then shipping is £3.00 and sent 48 tracked!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Turnaround is up to two weeks. This is due to everything being handmade including stickers and packaging. You will receive a dispatch email when your parcel has been dispatched.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

I now charge custom fees at checkout for US customers. This is in line with trumps new regulations from late august 2025, a % based fee will be applied at checkout. I make no profit off this duty and it is paid to my courier when paying for your shipping label. This will also guarantee no hidden fees on arrival

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

All orders are sent in large letter boxes (except print mail in letters or extra large parcels in mailers). All orders come with a thank you note that also doubles as a print to reduce waste. I also use paper tape to secure the package which means it's easier to recycle! 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DURABLE?

Yes! All my products are made with polymer clay, this is a durable material and if looked after correctly, is long lasting and reliable. Scroll further down to see how to care for your earrings!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately I do not accept returns, this is due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, please always get in touch, although I cannot guarantee refunds if the product was properly packaged as this is out of my control. My products are completely handmade and one of a kind, there may be slight quirks to them like bumps or finger prints, this is what makes the products unique and unless there is a major issue with the quality, I cannot offer refunds for this.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

If your earrings get dirty, for example have makeup on them, wipe down with a wet wipe or wet tissue, don't apply heavy pressure. Do not shower in your earrings and try to avoid getting them wet (swimming, bathing etc). Do not bend your earrings and try not to stack things on top of them. Please remember that these pieces are handmade, they must be looked after properly and stored correctly, if done correctly they'll last you forever!
