DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International shipping is £11 through Royal Mail and comes with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your goodies! If you're within the UK, then shipping is £2.90 and sent first class!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

I will ship your order within 2-3 weeks. Usually 10 working days for earring drops and could be 3 weeks for preorder items like tees/cushions due to me ordering them from a supplier as I get orders! This gives me time to organise and pack a high volume of orders and have them perfect for you!

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

If you're outside if England, there is a chance you will be charged custom fees. This is common for American and Australian customers. However, due to recent changes, this should now also be expected for EU customers. I am not responsible for these charges. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

All earrings are sent in large letter cardboard boxes, earrings are attached to backing cards with shredded paper, then wrapped in tissue paper topped with a cute print. All orders come with a handwritten thank you note that also doubles as a print to reduce waste. I also use paper tape to secure the package which means it's easier to recycle!

Most tees also come in boxes, but bigger orders like cushions or multiple tees come in polymailers which are recyclable. If you order jewellery with tees etc there will be a box inside the mailer

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DURABLE?

Yes! All my products are made with polymer clay, this is a durable material and if looked after correctly, is long lasting and reliable. Scroll further down to see how to care for your earrings! 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unfortunately I do not accept returns, this is due to hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, please always get in touch, although I cannot guarantee refunds if the product was properly packaged as this is out of my control. My products are completely handmade and one of a kind, there may be slight quirks to them like bumps or finger prints, this is what makes the products unique and unless there is a major issue with the quality, I cannot offer refunds for this.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

If your earrings get dirty, for example have makeup on them, wipe down with a wet wipe or wet tissue, don't apply heavy pressure. Do not shower in your earrings and try to avoid getting them wet (swimming, bathing etc). Do not bend your earrings and try not to stack things on top of them. Please remember that these pieces are handmade, they must be looked after properly and stored correctly, if done correctly they'll last you forever!
